To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

30 - 59 days Before Departure - 50% refund less transaction charges

15 - 29 days Before Departure - 75% of Total Tour Cost less transaction charges

0 - 14 days Before Departure - 100% of Total Tour Cost (No Refund).

NB: Should you cancel more than 60 days before travel, a substitute traveller may take your place (subject to availability and supplier approval). You will assume any change fees.

Yes. Once you secure your slot with a deposit, the payment towards your trip can be paid out in flexible installments. We provide flexible payment plans for all travellers, please let us know what works best for you.

Local flights and transportation in the itinerary during the trip are included in the tour package. But since we have guests joining us from all over the world, we are not able to include international flights in the budget to the discovery destination. We can however advise you on the best and affordable flight options.

We aim to keep the trips small and intimate so we can all get to create meaningful connections. 8 to 16 people max depending on the destination.

Rooms will be assigned/shared on double occupancy with your travel partner/friend. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom (unless otherwise stated).

If travelling alone, you will be paired with another traveler.

NB: If you wish to have a room on your own, a single room fee is applicable. Please let us know when making the booking.

The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with travel experts who are  locals and with experience from our founders previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.

A valid passport is required for all international destinations. You are responsible for obtaining the required documentation and/or visas applicable for entry. Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the return of your journey and you should also have sufficient blank pages for visas and immigration stamps.

We require you to purchase travel insurance. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses, personal baggage, money and repatriation in the event of accident or illness. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
